With Eric Adams’ patronage, Zero Bond poised to become political power spot

As a favorite of Mayor-elect Eric Adams, a members-only club in NoHo could become the center of the political universe in the Big Apple.

Adams isn’t a member at Zero Bond — but he may as well be one as he is routinely spotted at the chic spot frequented by the likes of Tom Brady, Kim Kardashian and Liev Schreiber.

“If Eric Adams keeps going to Zero Bond there’s no doubt it’s going to turn into the place to be for politics and power brokers,” Chris Coffey, former campaign manager of Andrew Yang, told The Post.

Adams is regularly brought to the Bond Street spot as a guest by Ronn Torossian — a public relations consultant who has become an unpaid confidante of the Democratic mayor-elect.

Adams has become well-acquainted with the club’s secret entrance and exit — the same one used by A-listers like SNL star Pete Davidson. He is known to be particularly fond of the Zero Bond veggie burger.

“I saw Eric Adams there last week. He was waltzing around the room. He didn’t sit down. He was walking around backslapping,” said one club patron. “He was soaking it in.”

Access to the city’s top boss won’t come cheap.

Club membership for those over 45 runs runs $4,000 a year — $20 drinks, or a $1,800 bottle a 2012 Chateau Lefit Rothschild, not included.

Adam Weiss, a PR executive who attended Adams’ victory party, said the mayor-elect “hangs out there all the time,” and uses the space to hold meetings.

“It’s a crowd that de Blasio would never be around,” Weiss noted. One of de Blasio’s most notable haunts was Colson Patisserie, a coffee shop in his old neighborhood of Park Slope.

People close to Adams say he likes the intimate environment the club offers — but has no plans to join.

“He’s a man of the people. That’s why he does these things. He goes out to talk to the people of New York,” Brock Pierce, a cryptocurrency billionaire and Adams donor, told The Post.

Opened in 2018, Zero Bond was a creation of nightlife honcho Scott Sartiano, who said he envisioned the space as an “urban lodge and social workplace.” Today it features a restaurant, bar, event space and rooftop.

“Celebrities go to Zero Bond — but so do the CEOs of some of our largest employers and innovators in industries that Eric is looking to grow in New York,” Evan Thies, an Adams spokesman, told The Post. “As mayor, Eric will be everywhere in this city, connecting with people of all backgrounds to get their perspective and input, but his priority will always be to ensure the city works for those who need it the most.”
