How two women’s selfie with Tyson Fury ended in an eight-hour drunken bender

Stop me if you’ve heard this one before: two women asked a heavyweight boxing champ for a selfie, and ended up on an eight-hour drinking bender with him and his friend.

That’s precisely what happened when Stella Kabelis, 21, and Kailah Downie, 24, asked Tyson Fury, 33, for a selfie outside a restaurant in Manchester, England. The two women exchanged numbers with Fury and his trainer Andy Lee. Lee reached out on WhatsApp, yada yada yada, they went on an eight-hour bender – ripping shots and dancing – that lasted until 11:30 pm.

A source spilled the beans of the rendesvous to The Sun.

“Stella and Kailah were really starstruck and enjoyed a taste of the high life with him,” the source said. “He was a perfect gentleman and they have been telling their friends what an amazing time they had. They think Tyson is great.

“Stella and Kailah are normal hard-working girls who went out for a midweek drink and ended up doing shots and dancing with one of the world’s most famous sporting stars. They felt very lucky to be out with him and he was very complimentary to them and they loved his fun-loving personality. He’s a beast of a boxer, but out of the ring he’s a gentle, fun-loving guy.”

Tyson Fury married his wife, Paris, in 2009. The couple has six children together, including a newborn.

Last month, the boxer knocked out Deontay Wilder in the 11th round of a thrilling fight. Fury commenced partying in Vegas, with DJ Steve Aoki, and is evidently still in festive spirits weeks later.
