Max Fried and Braves give Stitches last loss of season

It took Curtis Sliwa about an hour and 20 minutes to vote for himself. Officials told Curtis he could not wear his “Sliwa for Mayor” red jacket or bring his cat into the voting facility. To make matters worse his ballot jammed the voting machine.

While Sliwa isn’t sure his vote was counted, Bobby Valentine may have voted for himself twice.

The ex-Mets manager, running for Mayor of Stamford, Conn., voted, was escorted out, only to return one minute and 20 seconds later wearing a fake mustache and sunglasses. Well played, Bobby V.

Think we will go incognito today as well. In a game they had to have, the Asterisks were outpitched, outhit and in the end, outscored in front of the Houston faithful. The Braves chopped them down 7-0, winning the World Series in six games and in turn tomahawking our final bet. Max Fried threw six dominant innings. Jorge Soler’s three-run blast was all Atlanta needed. Houston never recovered. Neither did we. Final tally: -1,561 chiefknockahomas.
