Topless Carrot Top video is going viral — but is it really Kathy Griffin?

Kathy Griffin has the masses seeing red again.

A now-viral video Griffin first shared with her 2 million followers is drawing comparisons to fellow ginger standup comic Scott “Carrot Top” Thompson.

“HEY BOYZZZ,” the funny firebrand captioned the short clip of her shaking her ta-tas on a balcony on Wednesday.

“What can I tell ya? The girls wanted to see the Pacific Ocean,” Griffin told The Post on Thursday. “For god’s sake I am recovering from lung cancer surgery and I’ve never even smoked. Let me have a little naughty topless fun.”

Still, without fail, the Twitterverse was there to make a moment out of the fit 60-year-old’s latest in a long line of half-naked publicity stunts.

“Why do you have video of Carrot Top shaking his chest at the ocean?” quipped Twitter user Steve Weitzman, spawning thousands of imitators.

Comments and shares of the two-time Emmy winner’s — and don’t you ever forget it, she’s got a Grammy, too — jiggle clip spread like firecrotch, with some likening it to “Carrot Top having a seizure,” while others compared it to an anti-Viagra.

“Anyone have a four-hour boner they can’t get rid of? Let me save you a visit to the doctor:” wannabe social media comic Hillaria Briden snarked alongside her share of Griffin’s jiggle clip.

“Carrot Top has better guns. Dude was jacked,” another pundit chimed in, while one hater summed up the action with, “Everyone commenting in her OP thinks it’s Carrot Top, and the fact that that’s preferable is saying something.”

Of course, Griffin also had her many supporters: “And people ask me why am I so coo-coo for Kathy,” one fan commented in tribute. “Number 1: Her bravery.”

“You’ve survived cancer,” another supporter rallied. “Do whatever you want!!!!!”

Griffin — who’s been characteristically open about conquering a pill addiction and suicidal thoughts before her recent battle with lung cancer — has not yet responded to The Post’s request for comment about her latest brush with infamy.

Meanwhile, perhaps the opinion that counts most here? The man himself: Carrot Top, 56, responded to Griffin’s trending moment with a simple, one-word tweet: “Brilliant!!”

Meanwhile, Griffin — never one to miss an opportunity — capitalized on her increased page traffic by dashing off a series of tweets supporting several of the political and human rights causes that she’s so outspoken about — from streaming giants that “censor” female comics over 45, to allegations of rape committed by high-powered politicos.

Prior to her topless dancing stint, Griffin’s most infamous controversy blew up in 2017 when graphic photos appeared of her holding a severed, bloodied fake head, made to look like former President Donald Trump. Although she issued an apology on social media and during a tearful press conference — “The image is too disturbing,” she said. “I understand how it offends people…I beg for your forgiveness.” — the damage was done.

She was investigated by the US Secret Service and Trump came for her, claiming his son, Barron, had been particularly disturbed by the photo and Griffin “should be ashamed of herself.” Within a week, she lost her advertising deal with Squatty Potty and was fired from her job as co-host of CNN’s New Year’s Eve show alongside Anderson Cooper.

However, now her life and career appear to be on the upswing. She’s recovered from lung cancer surgery in August and has filmed acting roles in several new TV projects.
