Reality star broker Michael Lorber sells Hampton spread for $5M

Douglas Elliman broker and former “Million Dollar Listings” cast member Michael Lorber has sold his historic Sag Harbor home for $5 million — down from its original $6.49 million ask.

Built in 1810 as a whaling captain’s home, the five-bedroom residence at 2 Glover St. boasts seven fireplaces, three staircases, a library, a media room and an eat-in kitchen, along with bold design and color by Nick Olsen.

Lorber then bought a bigger house in Water Mill, at 88 Cobb Road — after getting pitched by the former owners to sell it for them.

“I liked it so much, I ended up buying it,” he quipped, adding that Sag Harbor was getting “too crowded.”

“Real Housewives of New York” star Sonja Morgan often stayed at Lorber’s Glover Street home, and fellow “RHONY” star Ramona Singer would drop by just to hang, since she has her own home in Southampton.

Singer will be working in real estate with Lorber.

Lorber’s former home was also near “RHONY” alum Jill Zarin, who bought a condo nearby, and Luann de Lesseps, who also owns a house in the ’hood.

Tracy Anderson, the fitness guru and Gwyneth Paltrow pal, had also recently bought a $3.59 million home across the street, on what’s known as Captain’s Row, as Gimme previously reported.

The listing brokers were Lorber and Adam Hofer.

Lorber’s new home is a 4,500-square-foot four bedroom, with three fireplaces and a pool.
