Carvel’s new ‘Hocus Pocus’ shakes will put a spell on you this Halloween

Halloween is about to get more treat than trick this year.

Disney’s 1993 classic “Hocus Pocus” is getting the ice cream treatment this October when Carvel launches three new shakes inspired by the flick.

The limited-edition milkshakes are out now and will be available through Halloween. Carvel is partnering with Disney’s Freeform, which will be airing “Hocus Pocus” as part of their annual monthlong 31 Nights of Halloween event. The cult film is a Halloween staple shown every year during the channel’s annual lineup.

Each treat starts at $4.79 and is named after one of the Sanderson sisters from the film. The iconic cast included Bette Midler as Winifred Sanderson, Sarah Jessica Parker as Sarah Sanderson and Kathy Najimy as Mary Sanderson.

The ice cream chain describes the bewitchingly delicious treats as:

  • Winnie’s Glorious Cake Batter Shake: Carvel’s cake batter ice cream blended into one glorious potion, topped with whipped cream and orange sprinkles
  • Sarah’s Chilling Churro Shake: A spooky blend of Carvel’s Churro Crunchies and cinnamon-sugar churro ice cream, topped with whipped cream and yellow sprinkles
  • Mary’s Divine Cookies & Cream Shake: A delicious divination of cookies and cream pieces, blended with Carvel’s classic vanilla soft serve and topped with violet sprinkles

Each of the milkshakes comes complete with a special “31 Nights of Halloween x Hocus Pocus” cup and spoon.

The limited-edition shakes are available from now until Oct. 31.
