Frisky couple spotted having naked morning sex on cliff during lockdown

They took “sex on the beach” to new heights.

An Australian couple are going viral after they were spotted getting frisky on a cliff during lockdown.

“Just thought it was a little levity given the times and the new restrictions,” photographer Scott Robinson told News.com.au of the edgy snap, which he took from the water while swimming in Bondi at 8:15 a.m.

“See lots of wildlife — but never here up on the cliffs,” he quipped of their high-altitude hanky-panky.

The resulting pic, which Robinson posted in the private Facebook group Bondi Local Loop, shows the buck-naked couple going at it halfway up a coastal cliff, right under the noses of oblivious sightseers standing atop the bluff.

In the accompanying caption, the fotog jokingly pondered whether their sextra-curricular activities were considered “outdoor recreation or outdoor exercise,” News.com.au reported. Robinson was referencing Australia’s renewed lockdown restrictions, which stipulate that New South Wales residents cannot leave their government areas except to “exercise” or engage in other essential activities, the Sydney Morning Herald reported.

The COVID-19 quarantine was imposed Monday after the state recorded a record 466 new cases on Saturday.

The saucy pic has since been yanked from the the family-friendly Facebook group — but not before garnering the attention of sophomoric social media users and international outlets, many of whom also wondered if the seaside sexcapade was a lockdown-approved activity.

“Yes, it’s cardio and also improves your mental health,” quipped one jokester in the Facebook comments.

“Holyyyyyyyy crap. Those people above had no idea what they were missing out on,” another wrote.

“When she says ‘let’s go for a coastal walk,” joked one internet comedian.

It remains unclear if the lovebirds violated quarantine protocols, but this wouldn’t be the first time COVIDiots have breached lockdown to make love in the time of corona.

This past April, an 85-year-old Italian man was reportedly fined twice in under an hour for meeting prostitutes during quarantine. His excuse: His sex drive “shot through the roof” after getting the COVID-19 vaccine.
