Actress Ellen Barkin, who made her name in “Diner,” has sold her Gold Coast lower Fifth apartment for $1.75 million.
The two-bedroom, two-bathroom loft is at 74 Fifth Ave., just off of Washington Square Park.
It was on the market for $2.25 million in 2018.
At 1,825 square feet, the open layout residence features a large chef’s kitchen, 12-foot ceilings, oversize windows and exposed columns.
It was designed by architect Alan Buchsbaum.
Barkin has two kids with her ex-husband, Irish actor Gabriel Byrne — she later married and divorced billionaire Ron Perelman.
The 36-unit building dates to 1910. It features a marble lobby and a common roof deck.
The listing brokers were Jim St. André, Trevor Stevens and Michael Maniawski of Compass.
