Katherine Zhu is one proud girlfriend.
After Collin Morikawa became a two-time major champion with his victory at The British Open on Sunday, his girlfriend shared a heartfelt post to Instagram.
“So incredibly proud of you!,” Zhu wrote alongside a photo of the 24-year-old pro kissing the side of her cheek. “You’ve accomplished so much since turning pro in 2019 and I really can’t wait to see what’s next,.’
Morikawa is now the first man to win the Open Championship and PGA Championship in his debut at each tournament.
He credited Zhu in the comments of her post, with being his “good luck charm.”
Morikawa, who had a Canon camera handing from his neck in the snap, added, “Also do photography on the side [if] anyone needs…”
Zhu also shared a number of posts by the PGA Tour and Golf Digest announcing Morikawa as the British Open champion to her Instagram story.
“So proud of you,” Zhu, who played four years of golf at Pepperdine University, wrote.
