Three NYC penthouses just hit the market for $79M

Call it a triple play.

Three penthouses at the two-building Beckford House & Tower development on Manhattan’s Upper East Side have listed for a combined $79 million.

Spanning from 4,141 square feet to 6,522 square feet, the three homes range in price from $20 million to $30 million.

They’re all located atop the 72-unit Beckford Tower portion of the development, located at 301 E. 80th St.

(The 32-unit Beckford House, at 301 E. 81st St., has one penthouse left for sale.)

The 4,141-square-foot penthouse 31, located at the building’s zenith, asks $20 million for four bedrooms, 5½ bathrooms and three terraces running 634 square feet total.

Penthouse 29, meanwhile, asks $29 million for 6,522 square feet across a full-floor with six bedrooms, 6½ bathrooms and 193 square feet of private outdoor space.

Finally, the $30 million, full-floor penthouse 30 has six bedrooms and 7½ bathrooms across 5,452 square feet, with three terraces totaling 893 square feet.

Beckford Tower is scheduled to complete construction this summer.

Additional perks inside the homes include private elevator entries, ceilings 13-plus-feet high, Christopher Peacock-designed kitchens and corner-located primary bedroom suites with wet bars and refrigerators and marbled bathrooms.

Beckford Tower’s amenities will include a piano bar and lounge, a party room with a catering kitchen, an Art Deco-inspired pool area, a fitness center with yoga and training studios and a half-court for basketball.
