The Miami Marlins entered Tuesday last in the NL East with a 29-37 record. They’ve been a tough out, however, with a +4 run differential and 5-13 record in one-run games, and they will look to take out their frustrations in St. Louis on Wednesday afternoon.

Johan Oviedo has yet to notch his first major league win and the Cardinals are 1-11 overall in games he has pitched in the past two seasons. Oviedo is allowing 1.6 home runs and 5.7 walks per nine innings this season.St. Louis ranks 26th in bullpen ERA in the last 30 days, while Miami’s bullpen is 11th in ERA this season and is allowing the second-fewest homers per nine innings.

The Cardinals entered Tuesday’s game having scored four runs or fewer in 11 of their previous 14 games, going 3-11. The Marlins have scored at least four runs in four of their previous five games, so Wednesday might be a good day to get some fish into your betting diet.

THE PLAY: Marlins, -111.
