Jake Paul wasn’t his fearless self in Tyron Woodley face-off

This Jake Paul-Tyron Woodley face-off is a sight to see.

The internet is having a field day with the YouTuber‘s uncharacteristic behavior while face-to-face with the former UFC welterweight champion — Paul’s next opponent in his fourth career fight on August 28.

In a press conference promoting the pro bout, Paul, who’s usually upbeat, talkative and filled with fearless insults, appeared fidgety, unfocused and almost distracted — which translated into viewers saying he looked “nervous.”

Woodley, in April, called Paul “scared s–tless” to fight him.

“I don’t have to slap you. But the moment I walk away after I knock you out, the world will rejoice!,” he tweeted in response to a video of Paul and UFC heavyweight and light heavyweight champ Daniel Cormier.

The video, from UFC 261, showed Cormier and Paul in a heated exchange, following a comment Cormier made saying he’d “smack” Paul if he saw him at the event.

Heading into his bout with Woodley, Paul is 3-0 in his professional boxing career.

The internet personality‘s first two wins came against fellow YouTuber AnEsonGib and former NBA player Nate Robinson.

Paul’s latest victory against former MMA fighter Ben Askren ended in a first-round knockout in a Triller Fight Club pay-per-view event in April.

As for Woodley? He’s the real deal in the MMA world.

In April, ESPN ranked him No. 4 in the top welterweights in the history of the sport. He defended his 2016 UFC championship four times before Karamu Usman beat him in 2019.

Paul and Woodley will fight with 10-ounce gloves in the 190-pound pro match.

Showtime will air the pay-per-view card.
