An aging drug dealer was shot dead in the Bronx by a man who was angry over the “garbage” cocaine he peddled, police and sources said Thursday.
Christopher Bridges, 58, was shot multiple times in the head and body around 4:30 p.m. Wednesday at the corner of East 165th and Faile streets in Longwood, cops said.
Seven shell casings were found at the scene, police sources told The Post.
A witness told police the shooter had walked up to Bridges, who is known as “OG,” told him that the “cocaine he sells is garbage” and opened fire, the sources said.
Bridges, an ex-con who served three stints in prison but hadn’t had a run-in with cops since the early 2000s, died at the scene moments later, police said.
No arrests had been made as of Thursday afternoon.
