She’s back behind bars.
Infamous “Soho grifter” Anna Sorokin, who is a German national, is now in the custody of US Immigration and Customs Enforcement, the Post has learned.
The 30-year-old convicted thief, who goes by the alias Anna Delvey, reported to immigration authorities at 26 Federal Plaza in lower Manhattan on March 25 — without her usual entourage, a law-enforcement source told The Post.
Agents promptly took the flamboyant con-woman — who had claimed to be a German heiress with a 60 million euro fortune — into custody. She’s being held at the Bergen County Jail in Hackensack, the source said.
When Sorokin was freed in February from Albion Correctional Facility, she had an immigration detainer for overstaying her visa and was ordered to check in with authorities.
The fraudster was scheduled to be deported to Germany March 26 — but wasn’t put on the plane, the source said. It’s unclear if Sorokin formally challenged the deportation.
“She overstayed her visa and has a conviction on top of it. She’s immediately removable unless she filed some application for relief,” said attorney Steven Pugliese, an immigration lawyer.
“If there’s an application pending she would most likely remain in custody until it’s adjudicated.”
Sorokin was hit with a four-to-12-year sentence in 2019 on grand larceny and theft of services convictions for posing as a wealthy heiress to scam $200,000 from banks and businesses.
After Sorokin’s early release for good behavior, she stayed at the five-star NoMad Hotel and documented her glamorous post-prison life on Instagram with the help of a dedicated videographer.
Netflix controversially paid her about $320,000 for the rights to her life story and for consulting on an upcoming show about her crimes produced by Shonda Rhimes.
After paying restitution of $198,000, she was left with a sizable chunk of change to gallivant around the city.
During her brief month and a half of freedom, Sorokin gave countless interviews in which she made some eyebrow-raising statements.
She told BBC that crime pays “in a way,” called her time at Rikers “therapeutic” in an interview with ABC’s “Good Morning America” and boasted to the Insider that prison guards treated her like a celebrity.
Sorokin’s new attorney, Audrey Thomas, who is rumored to be handling the immigration matter, declined to comment.
The lawyer has her own legal troubles — including a Queens grand larceny indictment alleging she stole more than $200,000 from a client, court papers shows.
