Ayesha Curry fires back at online trolls after sharing nude photo

Ayesha Curry has no time for online trolls.

Last week, the wife of Golden State Warriors superstar Stephen Curry posted a nude photo of herself to Instagram that was taken from her publication, Sweet July.

“From our @sweetjuly BODY feature. So many natural wellness and skin remedies in this issue! @stephencurry30 got to pick the photo😏. Shins and shoulders y’all, shins and shoulders,” Ayesha, 31, captioned Friday’s shot.

While over 509K fans have “liked” the image in question, others called out Ayesha over past comments made about covering up.

“Everyone’s into barely wearing clothes these days huh? Not my style. I like to keep the good stuff covered up for the one who matters,” Ayesha had tweeted in December 2015, which some users reiterated in her post on Friday.

“I thought you and your husband are a Christian couple,” one commenter remarked.

“Is this the same person that was telling women to cover up a few years ago?” another added.

Ayesha, who shares three children with husband Steph, 32, replied to one commenter (via BuzzFeed): “When you realize I was talking about a person wearing nipple pasties leaving a Starbucks and thought it was hilarious… but no one cared to ask.”

This isn’t the first time photos from Ayesha have stirred up controversy. In February 2020, the cookbook author fired back at a troll for chastising her cozy vacation snaps with Steph.

“Steph married to an actual real life farm animal,” the commenter wrote at the time, per People.

“Yes a GOAT I know,” she responded, referencing the “greatest of all time.”
