A Russian photographer who broke his model wife’s neck and torched her body has been granted early release from prison.

Dmitry Loshagin will be freed three years before the end of his nearly 10-year sentence in the 2013 murder of Yulia Lodshagina, a court in Yekaterinburg ruled, according to The Sun.

Loshagin, 44, was found guilty in 2015 of breaking the 26-year-old beauty queen’s neck after a fight on the rooftop of their $1 million penthouse in Yekaterinburg.

Prosecutors said the vicious shutterbug flew into a rage and accused his wife of cheating on him and infecting him with HIV.

Her remains were later found in the Ural mountains, her face and hands burnt beyond recognition.

A post-mortem medical exam showed no traces of the sexually-transmitted virus.

Loshagin denied any involvement in her death.

As part of his early release, he will be subject to some restrictions and conditions, including having to live with his parents.

One of the officials involved in the case railed against the decision to free Loshagin ahead of schedule.

“The convicted man did not apologize to the victims’ relatives,” Marina Kanatova said.

“He has not admitted his guilt, and, accordingly, there is no reason to believe that he will not commit the crime again in the future.”
