Driver who shoved NYPD traffic agent spotted on surveillance footage
The motorist who cops say shoved an NYPD traffic enforcement agent to the ground in Manhattan as she wrote him a parking summons was captured on surveillance footage in the moments before the attack.
The driver walked out of a deli on 10th Avenue near West 49th Street in Hells Kitchen around 7:45 a.m. Wednesday to find the 63-year-old agent writing him the summons, cops said.
He then pushed her to the ground before taking off in his gray Cadillac SUV with Pennsylvania plates, according to police.
The agent was taken to Mount Sinai Hospital in stable condition with a lower back injury.

Surveillance video released late Wednesday shows the man inside the deli, wearing a gray T-shirt, black pants, black and white sneakers and a black and white PUMA hat.
He was still on the loose Thursday.
