Joe Biden will reportedly address the nation on Friday evening.
Biden will be joined by his vice presidential nominee, Senator Kamala Harris, who will make brief remarks before Biden delivers his speech, CNN reported.
It’s unclear if Biden will declare victory in the 2020 presidential race in the speech, as a number of states that he needs to carry to reach 270 electoral votes have not been called in his favor.

What time will Biden speak?
Biden was expected to deliver his address to the nation around 8 p.m. from a stage in Wilmington, Del. However with no further states called in his favor to put Biden over 270 electoral votes, the campaign has reportedly changed the game plan. Fox News sources reported that if a critical call is made by 10 p.m., Biden and Harris will speak by 11 p.m. If no call is made by 10 p.m., only Biden will make a brief speech.
What channels will air the speech?
Most of the major news networks and cable stations, including CNN, NBC News, MSNBC and Fox News, have been streaming their rolling coverage of the 2020 election online since Tuesday and will likely carry the speech.
