A woman wanted by cops for fatally shooting her ex-beau in Brooklyn during a fight in August was arrested in Virginia on Tuesday, police and police sources said Wednesday.

Charlene Morris, 34, was tracked to Newport News where she was busted by the NYPD’s Regional Fugitive Task Force on an arrest warrant for allegedly killing Jamel Copeland at 6:30 a.m. Aug. 15, cops said.

Morris was in possession of a firearm when she was picked up, according to police sources. It was unclear if it was the murder weapon.

She was charged with murder and criminal possession of a weapon, police said.

Morris allegedly shot Copeland during a domestic dispute, cops said. It was unclear what the pair was arguing about.

Copeland was struck once in the torso near East 39th Street and Avenue D and died at Kings County Hospital, according to cops.
