Video shows deli customer stabbing man in back during fight over scooter

Shocking video released this week by cops shows a Hell’s Kitchen deli customer stabbing a man who apparently tried to snatch his scooter.

The suspect was filmed paying for items at Moal Grocery & Deli on 10th Avenue and West 51st Street last Wednesday — then suddenly turning to his left to stop another man from pulling the scooter out of the door, video released late Tuesday by cops shows.

After raising a finger to those inside the deli to show an apparent wound from the tussle, he is seen in the footage rushing out the door with a large kitchen knife in his hand — stabbing the man at least once.

The NYPD says the 42-year-old victim was stabbed at least once in the back — with the video showing the attacker throwing the knife on the ground once back in the deli. The victim was taken to Mt. Sinai West in stable condition, police said.

The attacker fled up 10th Avenue from the deli near 51st Street after the attack just after 11:30 p.m., the NYPD said.

The footage showed him wearing a black hoodie with “Bear Strength” written on it, along with blue Adidas shorts.
