Billionaire Jorge Pérez is listing his penthouse in Hollywood, Florida, for $7.59 million.
The Argentine billionaire heads The Related Group in Florida, a major real-estate development firm known for building luxe condos. His net worth is about $1.7 billion, according to Forbes.
Pérez’s splashy custom-designed home at Apogee Beach, a condominium complex on the Atlantic Ocean, features a rooftop deck with an outdoor kitchen, a private pool and a private poolside cabana below.
