A man was gunned down overnight in the Bronx, one of 22 people — including several teens — shot across the city Sunday into Monday, cops confirmed said.

The unidentified man was blasted in the chest and arm on East 179th Street near Hughes Avenue in Belmont around 11:45 p.m., cops said.

He was rushed to St. Barnabas Hospital, where he was pronounced dead, authorities said.

A total of 16 shootings involving 20 victims occurred citywide on Sunday alone, according to preliminary figures released by the NYPD. That’s in stark contrast to the same day in 2019, when no shootings were reported at all.

Another Bronx shooting unfolded around 9 p.m., when a 59-year-old man was blasted in the back on White Plains Road and Burke Avenue in Allerton, cops said.

He was taken to Jacobi Medical Center in stable condition, and was unable to detail what had happened to authorities.

Around 11:40 p.m., a 55-year-old man was shot in the leg on Buffalo Avenue near Michael Griffith Street in Weeksville, Brooklyn, cops said.

He was taken to the Kings County Hospital Center in stable condition.

And just before 11 p.m., a 17-year-old boy was shot in the back during a dispute on East 102nd Street near First Avenue in East Harlem, cops said.

He went to NewYork-Presbyterian Weill Cornell Medical Center in stable condition.

He wasn’t the only teen wounded in the spate of overnight gunplay.

Around midnight Monday, 16-year-old girl was among three victims hurt when shots rang out on Bristol Street near Livonia Avenue in Brownsville.

Two other women were also hurt, a 27-year-old shot in the foot and a 59-year-old in the leg.

All three were taken to Brookdale Hospital Medical Center in stable condition.

About half an hour later, a 16-year-old boy was shot in the arm and a 53-year-old woman was shot in the leg on East 21st Street near Ditmas Avenue in Flatbush, cops said.

Both were taken to local hospitals with non-life-threatening injuries.

On Saturday, five shooting incidents with five victims were reported, compared to none on that day last year.

The same numbers were reported on Friday. On that day in 2019, only one person was shot.

A total of 49 shooting incidents with 57 victims rocked the city last week, according to police sources.

Eight murders were reported.
