Surveillance video shows suspects follow victim into store before Florida ‘massacre’

New surveillance video from a Florida convenience store shows the suspects in the “massacre” of three buddies on a fishing trip as they follow one of their victims just 10 minutes before the brutal slaying.

The footage shows brothers William “Robert” Wiggins and Tony “TJ” Wiggins, along with Mary Whittemore, inside the Dollar Store in Frostproof, Florida, on Friday as Robert stands at the counter behind 23-year-old victim Damien Tillman.

Robert is seen leaving the store about 20 seconds after Tillman walks out.

Tillman was meeting friends Brandon Rollins, 27, and Keven Springfield, 30, at a fishing spot on Lake Street Road on Friday night, WPLG-TV reported.

Robert said his brother got out of the pickup truck and confronted Springfield, accusing him of stealing his truck. TJ then shot all three men dead before they drove off and went to McDonald’s.

“It’s estimated, and this is still under investigation, that (TJ) Wiggins begins shooting inside of the truck, where Keven is in the driver’s side and Brandon is seated on the passenger’s side,” police told WPLG. “He shoots, between the two of them, nine or 10 times. Then he shoots Damion, who has gotten back in his truck.”

The following day, Robert Wiggins took his truck to a car wash in nearby Lake Walkes to clean off the clay from the scene of the killings.

Police tracked down the trio to a local trailer park.

“They were living off the grid,” Judd said. “No running water, no electricity, just some generators.”

Police said they found two SKS rifles, two shotguns and ammunition for both in a gun safe. They believe the murder weapon was thrown away after the shootings, the outlet said.

TJ Wiggins and Whittemore have refused to cooperate with the police.
