Marketing moguls Loren and JR Ridinger, co-founders of MarketAmerica.com and Shop.com, are leaving the city — and listing their home at 100 11th Ave. for $19.95 million.

The duplex in the Jean Nouvel-designed West Chelsea building features a private elevator and stunning views of the Hudson River and the city. It’s across the street from Chelsea Piers, where the Ridingers often parked their boat.

“We’ve always been avid yachters, so having our yacht across the street was super convenient,” Loren told Gimme Shelter.

The Ridingers, who have hosted pals including Jennifer Lopez and Eva Longoria in the gleaming white and stainless steel condo, said they will be spending more time in their new Greenwich house — and hanging out with their three grandchildren.

“The new space is a better fit for our family right now, but I will miss my New York City home so much. It was a tough decision for us,” said Loren, adding that she had enjoyed traveling from the 100 11th Ave. condo to Greenwich by water. “You sometimes forget that you’re even in New York City.”

The four-bedroom home has a 44-foot living room with room for art and striking sunset views. “I’ve always loved hosting people in our home,” Loren said. “The space is so cozy, yet so expansive and private that you can have guests without even knowing they are there.”
