A fire tore through a queens church Wednesday evening during intense thunderstorms.

The blaze broke out around 7:35 p.m. at the Spirit & Truth Christian Church in South Ozone Park, an FDNY spokesperson said.

Smoke could be seen billowing through the church steeple as 12 FDNY units and 60 firefighters worked to put out the flames in about 50 minutes, according to the department.

No injuries were reported and an investigation into the cause of the fire is ongoing.

It’s not immediately clear how much damage the building sustained in the fire. The church could not immediately be reached for comment Wednesday night.

The thunderstorm brought severe wind and heavy rains through the five boroughs Wednesday afternoon, with the National Weather Service issuing a severe weather advisory.
