At least three injured in early-morning NYC shootings

At least three people were shot early Friday in two separate incidents in Brooklyn and the Bronx, cops said.

Two men were shot, one in the leg and one in the torso, during a dispute on Hoyt Street near Warren Street in Boerum Hill, around 2 a.m., police confirmed.

Both were taken to Brooklyn Methodist Hospital in stable condition. The nature of the dispute was unclear.

About two hours later, a 42-year-old man was blasted in the leg at 183rd Street and Davidson Avenue in the Bronx neighborhood of University Heights during a dispute and attempted robbery, cops said.

He was taken to St. Barnabas Hospital in stable condition.

The continued shootings come amid a wave of gun violence across the city.

On Thursday, a total of nine shooting incidents with 11 victims were reported, according to the NYPD.
