Bruce Smith’s unexpected response on Sunday’s “Celebrity Family Feud” may belong in the show’s all-time “WTF” moments.
While competing with fellow NFL Hall of Famers, the former defensive end, 57, was asked by host Steve Harvey what tool Captain Hook would use in place of the hook if he were a handyman. With “hammer” already taken, Smith suggested a different type of utility.
“Penis,” Smith said as Harvey continued to move on to the next prompt. Moments later, the stunned host reacted, “What the f–k did he say?”
As Smith’s teammates erupted with laughter, including Cowboys great Michael Irvin and wide receiver Cris Carter, Harvey remained speechless at the center of the stage.
The moment naturally became a talking point on Twitter, with Rich Eisen also weighing in.
