Marilyn Monroe’s former psychiatrist’s office is now a maisonette — on the market for $1.12 million.

The two-bedroom, 1½-bathroom co-op at 155 E. 93rd St. is in a prewar building. It features a chef’s kitchen, marble bathrooms and lots of closets.

Monroe once visited renowned psychiatrist Margaret Hohenberg here at least five times a week.

The listing brokers are John Barbato and Mark Policarpio, of Compass.

Closings at Quay Tower, which boasts Brooklyn’s most expensive home (a $20 million penthouse), continue — like for a $10 million, seven-bedroom home on the 26th floor.

Other closings at the Brooklyn Heights waterfront property include a 14th-floor, six-bedroom spread that traded hands for $7.25 million and a 12th-floor, six-bedroom condo that sold for $6.98 million.
