‘Spider-Man’ scales Manhattan Bridge during George Floyd protests

Thousands of George Floyd protesters trying to cross the Manhattan Bridge had an unlikely ally — a friendly neighborhood Spider-Man, according to a viral video.

Cheers broke out Tuesday night as someone dressed in the superhero’s tight outfit started climbing a low section of the bridge, according to a video already seen 2.7 million times.

“You mess with one of us, you mess with all of us,” someone in the crowd shouted, quoting a line from the 2002 “Spider-Man.”

To cheers, Spider-Man saluted the masses as he perched on a ledge.

Others, however, suggested the webhead’s participation was final proof that Daily Bugle editor J. Jonah Jameson was right all along — Spider-Man really was a “menace.”

“LOOK AT HOW HE SUPPORTS LOOTERS AND RIOTERS! HE’S A THREAT TO NEW YORK,” Suleiman Pasha quipped.

His appearance came as thousands were blocked from entering Manhattan by a heavy police presence on the bridge.
