The Mets have a credit/refund plan implemented for games wiped out by the COVID-19 shutdown.
On Thursday the club announced that ticket holders for “impacted games” – those scheduled for March and April at Citi Field – can exchange those tickets for future dates, in 2020 or 2021, or submit a request online for a refund.
Season ticket holders opting for credit (including partial plan holders) can receive bonus credit equal to 20 percent of their 2020 payments for impacted games. The maximum bonus credit is $15,000 per account. That credit can be used toward upgrading the 2021 season ticket package or location; group and individual tickets to 2020 and ’21 regular season games, parking and concessions.
Group ticket purchasers opting for credit will receive 10 percent bonus credit, which can be used toward 2020 or ’21 tickets.

Fans with individual game tickets can exchange them for 2020 or ’21 games. Ticketholders from March 26 (Opening Day) this season can receive priority access to individual tickets for the first home game next season. Additionally, individual game ticketholders will receive bonus credit equal to 10 percent of their payment for impacted games with a maximum of $15,000 per account.
Ticketholders requesting a refund can do so through their “My Mets Tickets” account online, beginning May 7 at 10 a.m. All ticket refunds will result in the forfeiture of bonus credit and priority ticket access.
