Joe Biden to address Tara Reade allegations in Morning Joe interview

Former veep Joe Biden will break his silence over allegations he sexually assaulted former Senate staffer Tara Reade in a TV interview on Friday morning.

The presumptive Democratic presidential nominee will respond to the charge for the first time in an interview on MSNBC’s ‘Morning Joe,’ the program’s booking producer confirmed in a tweet Thursday.

Biden, 77, has faced mounting pressure to address the allegation after a former neighbor of Reade came forward this week to say the former Senate staffer told her about the attack in the mid-1990s.

His campaign has vehemently denied the allegations and coached top Democratic donors to deny Reade’s claims and claim the incident “did not happen,” according to a report published Thursday.
