WeWork co-founder wants $21M for Greenwich Village house

WeWork co-founder Miguel McKelvey has just listed his stunning Greenwich Village townhouse for $21 million. (McKelvey is still the chief culture officer of the embattled coworking company.)

The four-bedroom, 4½-bathroom home at 18 W. 11th St. is 5,000 square feet and sits in a coveted location just north of Washington Square Park.

He owns the three-story, 21-foot-wide property via an LLC, QHM Holdings, and is also offering it as a $50,000-a-month rental.

Originally from 1845, it was rebuilt in 1978 by architect Hugh Hardy.

The home features a central atrium, open staircase and skylight, the listing notes, along with an elevator, chef’s kitchen, oak floors and a laundry room.

Meanwhile, the back of the house has a 20-foot wall of glass, double-height ceilings and a rear garden. The master bedroom takes up two floors, with one level used as a “grand dressing room and spa-like bathroom,” the listing notes.

The top-floor bedroom features black-paneled walls, a powder room and a wall of windows that leads to a private planted terrace.

There’s also radiant heat and water purification system inside, as well as a snow-melting setup outside.

The townhouse comes with a private entrance at the garden level, so there is an option of a separate one-bedroom duplex for in-laws or staff.

The listing brokers are Douglas Elliman’s Clinton Stowe and Melissa Bolotow.
