On a brand-new episode of the “Gang’s All Here” podcast, host and Post beat writer Brian Costello reacts to the Jets playing spoilers on Sunday by defeating the playoff-hopeful Steelers, 16-10, to improve to 6-9 on the season.

Coz is then joined by longtime Post football columnist Mark Cannizzaro, who talks about the strong performance from the defense in the win. They discuss the job Adam Gase has done this season and the ridiculous “anonymous quote” from a writer about him losing the locker room. Coz and Cann look at the impressive turnaround from 1-7 to 6-9 and how there has not been discord in the locker room.

Former Jets wide receiver and six-time Pro Bowler Brandon Marshall then drops by the podcast and talks about this team being a roller-coaster ride, while comparing it to a high school girlfriend. The 35-year-old speaks about his relationship with Gase, whom he played under in Denver, and the job Gase has done this season and how he can improve. Marshall talks about the season Robby Anderson is having, whom he speaks with every week, and how Anderson can get much better. Marshall says he loves where Anderson is at right now, but he’s “not complete yet.”

Marshall discusses his own football future and if he still wants to play next year, broadcasting and what his plans might be. The Showtime “Inside The NFL” analyst also speaks about playing in the New York market, both for the Jets and Giants.

Marshall also looks back to the Jets’ Week 17 loss to the Bills in 2015 that caused them to miss the playoffs. He has a few notable quotes on why they lost that game in Buffalo and rips Darrelle Revis.

“Being brutally honest…you had guys like Darrelle Revis, who just was stealing from us and didn’t show up, didn’t get off the bus, and I was disappointed,” Marshall said. “But that’s Darrelle Revis, that’s Sheldon Richardson…the big guys that we were counting on, they didn’t show up…being brutally honest. That whole year on that defensive side, man…if those guys were who we thought they were, we probably would have went on to just crush the playoffs.”
