Music producer and executive DJ Khaled, who bought a $25.9 million Miami Beach mansion last year, is looking for a short-term rental in New York City. Specifically, a nest to live in while his wife, Nicole Tuck, is pregnant with their second child, our spies say.
(Khaled, who has 17.2 million Instagram followers, famously streamed the live birth of their son Asahd, now 3 years old, on Snapchat.)
One spot he loved, we’re told, was an Upper East Side townhouse unit that’s on the market for $12.52 million. One caveat: The home, at the Stanford White Award-winning 20 East End Ave. condo, is available for sale only.
The sprawling, 5,201-square-foot pad — designed in the “spirit” of a New York townhouse, the listing notes — features three levels and four bedrooms. It opens to an entry foyer anchored by a circular staircase. Details include herringbone white oak floors, custom moldings, a gas fireplace and an interior elevator. There’s also a chef’s kitchen, a formal dining room and a living room that opens to a 663-square-foot courtyard.
The listing brokers, Corcoran’s Leighton Candler, Elizabeth Higgins and Jennifer Garabedian declined comment.
