An FDNY firefighter was arrested early Tuesday for assaulting his girlfriend, according to police.
Justino Sanchez was taken into custody just after midnight at his home in the Bronx after allegedly choking his girlfriend and throwing her out of bed during an argument, police said.
Sanchez, 41, was charged with criminal obstruction of breathing and assault, cops said.
