Step aside, Santa Claus — Mariah Carey is coming to town first.
The festive chanteuse has announced a six-city “All I Want for Christmas” tour — named after her perennial holiday earworm — that will draw to a close at Madison Square Garden on Dec. 15.
Mimi will kick off the limited tour Nov. 22 with five shows at the Colosseum at Caesars Palace in Las Vegas. She’ll also perform in Atlantic City, NJ; Washington, DC; Uncasville, Connecticut; and Boston, before guiding her sleigh to New York.
The tour coincides with the 25th anniversary of her classic holiday album “Merry Christmas,” a reissue of which will be available Nov. 1, according to Rolling Stone. The re-release will be a double album with previously unreleased recordings from Carey’s December 1994 Christmas-themed show at NYC’s Cathedral of St. John the Divine.
