Soccer hooligan punches police horse in the face

This thug has “neigh” shame.

A British hooligan was get caught on camera punching a police horse in the kisser.

“Yo yo yo! My man’s swinging for a horse!” the soccer fan who took the now-viral video on Tuesday night says in clear disbelief.

The clip, seen more than 207,000 times by Wednesday morning, shows a man in a blue sweater punching the equine victim at least twice, then running away after a soccer game in Portsmouth.

But the peeved horse chases him down the street — where a large group of cops pounce on him.

“Batons out — they are whacking him!” the video-taking onlooker says, laughing as he adds, “Oh, he’s finished!”

The poster, @GorgusGeorge5, later wrote on Twitter, “There’s 20 [officers] on top of him hitting him with batons. I think it’s safe to say they’ve got him.”

It was not clear what sparked the confrontation following the game between Portsmouth and Southampton.

Police said a 42-year-old man was arrested on suspicion of animal cruelty and attempt criminal damage, according to the Daily Mirror.

In the Bronx in July, a lout smacked a Parks Department horse in the face but escaped charges for it because the animal was not seriously injured.
