The officer, who works in the NYPD’s building maintenance department, was released without bail fiollowing an arraignment in Brooklyn Supreme Court Thursday afternoon.

Frazier denied the accusations outside his Brooklyn home, claiming that he didn’t know about the allegations until cops busted him.
“This is very embarrassing.  Everybody knows,” he said. “Everyone is calling and I’m telling them, listen, you’re gonna hear some stuff about me that’s not true.”

Frazier is the second cop in building maintenance to be busted this week: Veteran cop and El Chapo guard Ishmael Bailey was arrested Wednesday on drug charges.
