A woman going by the moniker “Madame Priscilla Belle” is accused of running a multimillion-dollar prostitution ring out of a home dubbed the “premier Dungeon of Chicago,” federal authorities alleged this week.
Jessica Nesbitt, 31, and her employees at Kink Extraordinaire serviced Johns across Illinois, as well as in Washington DC, California, Florida, Nevada and Wisconsin, according to a 23-page federal indictment unsealed Wednesday.
The alleged bordello’s website offers “beautiful, psychologically sophisticated Kinksters” who “play out of a private 5 floor Dungeon with multiple fully equipped themed rooms,” according to the Chicago Sun-Times.
The home on the 2400 block of West Augusta Boulevard boasts themed rooms such as “The Classroom,” “The Medical Room,” “The Gourmet Kitchen,” as well as the “Sissy Room,” “The Roof,” and the “Man Cave,” which offers “complimentary scotch.”
Officially, the business was known as Selective Management Enterprises, Inc., feds said.
Nesbitt allegedly advertised it on backpage.com, eros.com and Gentlemen’s Pages, and emailed clients invitations to “paid sex and fetish” parties called “Halloween Mischief” and “Black Tie Bizarre.”
The feds allege that Nesbitt shared flight arrangements for her workers with clients over email, and in one case, specifically instructed a staffer to have sex with a client that paid for the tryst.
To avoid reporting requirements for large cash transaction, Nesbitt would deposit the earnings in amounts of under $10,000, feds said.
At an initial hearing in Chicago, Nesbitt pleaded not guilty to multiple prostitution-related charges and was released on $250,000 bond.
Her attorney, Barry Sheppard, argued that his client ran a legal fetish business — and not a prostitution ring.
“Fetish-based eroticism is not unlawful,” Sheppard said.
Judge Maria Valdez warned Nesbitt that she’d be jailed if she did any sex work, including fetish activities, and advised the alleged madame to “find a different line of work.”
