Real estate investor and former tech investor Arthur Becker’s savvy $20 million stake in architect Cary Tamarkin’s 10 Sullivan St. keeps paying off.

In 2016, Becker (who was married to Vera Wang from 1989 to 2012) traded that stake in the Soho building for three adjacent townhouses that are also part of the development: Nos. 30, 40 and 50 Sullivan St., as Gimme Shelter previously reported.

No. 30 sold for $12.29 million in April. Now No. 50 has sold for $12.25 million, just under its $12.5 million asking price.

The 25-foot-wide townhouse is more than 5,900 square feet. It comes with four bedrooms, four bathrooms, and 1,525 square feet of outdoor space.

Other extras include a media room, a gym, a backyard garden with an outdoor kitchen, and a rooftop terrace with an outdoor kitchen, wet bar and fireplace.

Prime Manhattan Residential’s Robert Dankner repped the seller and buyer.
