Ben Simmons’ sister Liv has got the NBA star’s back.
Before the Sixers point guard reportedly agreed to a five-year, $170 million extension on Monday, Liv appeared to shade Simmons’ ex-girlfriend, Kendall Jenner, on social media, days after photos surfaced of the supermodel on a yacht with Lakers forward Kyle Kuzma, 23.
“I just wouldn’t ever wanna be known for dating athletes. Like imagine working your way through a league. Not a team a LEAGUE!” Liv tweeted last Wednesday.
She later posted: “Oh f–k you guys I live under a tree #shadylife.”
Jenner, 23, appeared to shut down romance rumors with Kuzma on Tuesday, replying to a fan who posted a composite entitled, “Starting 5 of NBA Players Kendall Jenner Dated,” which featured Kuzma, Simmons, Jenner’s ex Blake Griffin, Cavaliers guard Jordan Clarkson, and Warriors guard D’Angelo Russell. The “Keeping Up with the Kardashians” star has been linked to Clarkson and Russell when both previously played for the Lakers.
“2 out of 5 accurate, thanks,” Jenner tweeted.
Jenner split from 22-year-old Simmons earlier this year.
Prior to her breakup with Simmons, Jenner spoke about the sanctity of privacy during an interview with Vogue Australia.
“I’m very young, and right now I feel like relationships aren’t always super-certain and I don’t want to bring too much attention to something if you don’t really know long term [what it’s going to be]. A relationship is only meant to be between two people, and the second you make it the world’s business is when it starts messing with the two people mentally,” Jenner said in the June cover story.
