Poll shows most ‘Game of Thrones’ fans actually enjoyed the finale

A new poll showed that a majority of Game of Thrones fans enjoyed the show’s recent finale, despite online outrage over the HBO drama’s conclusion.

The Hollywood Reporter/Morning Consult poll released Wednesday found that 61 percent of viewers liked the episode either “a lot” or “some” while 34 percent did not enjoy the show.

However, the survey also found that 42 percent of fans were left “frustrated” by the ending.

The epic drama featuring dragons and bloody battles between warring families and factions concluded on Sunday.

The show’s final season was marred by mistakes such as the appearance of a coffee cup in Westeros and a misplaced water bottle in King’s Landing.

The survey was comprised of 2,201 adults who showed varying degrees of fandom, according to the Hollywood Reporter.
