Jennifer Lopez is filming “Hustlers” at One West End, the luxury condo complex between 59th and 60th streets on West End Avenue — and she fell in love with the sprawling duplex that doubles as her swanky home in the film.
The 5,302-square-foot pad, which comes with a 3,299-square-foot terrace, is on the market for $19.5 million.
The building has star power: Another unit is owned by Bruce Willis and his family.
The duplex, which features four bedrooms, also includes a media room, a library and a double-height great room that leads to the terrace.
Inside, there are wide-plank walnut floors and floor-to-ceiling windows. Building amenities include a 75-foot-long pool, a gym and a 12,000-square-foot terrace featuring cabins, green space and outdoor grilling/entertaining spaces.

Off the silver screen, Lopez is currently house hunting with fiancé Alex Rodriguez. Lopez and Rodriguez also listed their unit at 432 Park Ave., currently on the market for $17.5 million. They bought it for $15.31 million last year.
Lopez recently dropped the price of her penthouse at The Whitman, at 21 E. 26th St. in Nomad, to $24.99 million. “Hustlers,” which also stars Cardi B and Constance Wu, is set to be released on Sept. 13.
