Man arrested after consensual hotel sex turned ‘rough’: cops

A Florida man is facing a felony sexual battery charge after getting too “rough” during consensual sex in a hotel room, police said.

Police said Rodolfo Alexander Jerez-Ortiz, 39, and the woman were having sex on Saturday inside a hotel room in Gainesville when he “became very rough” and “tried to penetrate her anally” against her wishes.

Jerez-Ortiz, of Daveport, then repeatedly “forced his penis” into the woman’s anus despite her protests, causing her to bleed and leave a “significant” amount of dried blood in her underwear, according to a police report obtained by The Post.

“I also saw several bruises to the tops of both of [the victim’s] shoulders, which she said she sustained as a result of [Jerez-Ortiz] being ‘rough’ with her,” the police report continued.

After initially denying the accusation, Jerez-Ortiz admitted that he tried to have anal intercourse with the woman but said he stopped once she told him it hurt.

Jerez-Ortiz, who identified himself as an electrician, is now facing felony sexual battery charges. He remained held on $750,000 bond at the Alachua County Jail as of Monday, online records show.
