A man found semi-conscious with head trauma inside a Brooklyn housing complex has died, police said.
Cops discovered the victim when they responded to a report of an assault at the Farragut Houses on Sands Street in Vinegar Hill around 10:40 a.m. Friday.
He was rushed to Methodist Hospital where he was pronounced dead.
The circumstances of his death were not immediately clear, and the city Medical Examiner’s office will determine his cause of death.
