A man allegedly stabbed three people while yelling “Allah” at a train station in Manchester, England on Monday, reports said.
The suspect attacked two passengers and one police officer during the New Year’s Eve stabbing in the Northwestern English city, according to Agence France Presse.
“As long as you keep bombing other countries, this sort of sh– is going to keep happening,” the man yelled, according to the outlet.
A woman suffered injuries to her face and stomach and a man was wounded in the stomach. The British Transport Police officer was stabbed in the shoulder.
All three were expected to survive.
The suspect was taken into custody and the Greater Manchester Police said that they “don’t yet know the full circumstances” of the crime.
