The Mets signed outfielder Gregor Blanco to a minor league contract and invited him to spring training, the team announced on Friday.
Blanco has spent time with the Braves, Royals, Giants and Diamondbacks over parts of 10 seasons, winning a pair of World Series titles with San Francisco in 2012 and 2014.
The 34-year-old lefty appeared in 68 contests with the Giants in 2018 and has batted .255 with 26 homers, 235 RBIs and 122 stolen bases in 1,060 MLB games.
