Brazilian-born model Adriana Lima — the longest-working Victoria’s Secret Angel — and her ex-husband, Croatian basketball player Marko Jaric, have finally found a buyer for their old digs at the Metropolitan Tower, located at 146 W. 57th St. The apartment’s sale for $3.3 million marks the end of a five-year journey to sell the 42nd-floor condo.

The couple — who co-parent two kids, Valentina and Sienna — both now live in Miami.

The 2,200-square-foot unit was last asking $3.5 million — far less than the $5.5 million the then-couple aimed to get when it first listed in 2013. They took it off the market, only to relist in 2016 for $4.85 million, then have it undergo several price cuts. Lima bought the two-bedroom spread for $1.99 million in 2003.

Inside, a third bedroom has since been transformed into a den, but can be converted back. The unit comes with city skyline and Central Park views.

The home opens to an entry gallery that leads to a living room with floor-to-ceiling windows overlooking the city. Details include herringbone floors, zebra-wood built-ins and lots of custom closets. There’s also a large kitchen and a master suite with a spa-like bathroom. Building amenities include a gym, a pool and a residents-only restaurant.

The listing broker was Douglas Elliman’s Josh Rubin. The buyers, Racim Allouani and Sandra Ho, were represented by Danny Nassi and Matthew Melinger of Brown Harris Stevens.
