We knew Malia Obama could play the flute, but it looks like she’s turning up her music game.
The 20-year-old former first daughter showed her support for the New Dakotas — a group composed of fellow Harvard students — in the new video for the band’s song “Walking on Air.
In the clip for the bouncy indie-pop ditty, the band is auditioning for someone to replace flaky member Chris. Obama is among those streaming into the tryouts.
Donning a black beanie and sweater, the college sophomore does a a sexy little lip-sync for the group’s three members. Later, she makes a cameo playing an energetic harmonica solo.
In July, Obama was spotted singing along at the Carters’ On the Run II Tour in Paris. Maybe someday she’ll share a stage with Bey and Jay.
