Dale Moss, a former football player, Wilhelmina model and global ambassador for the Special Olympics, has been spotted house hunting in New York.
After attending an event for snack company Kind at a duplex penthouse atop Soho’s One Vandam, he booked a formal viewing.
The home, at 180 Sixth Ave., is on the market for $19.25 million.
At 5,286 square feet, it features four bedrooms and 1,996 square feet of outdoor space. Inside, there’s a formal entry gallery with a 30-foot glass wall, a great room with a dining room and a woodburning fireplace. The main floor also has a chef’s kitchen with a butler’s pantry.
Upstairs, there’s a master bedroom suite with another fireplace and access to a roof terrace, featuring a sunken outdoor spa and outdoor shower.
The penthouse also boasts its own private elevator, white oak floors and smart wiring.
Building amenities include a 6,400-square-foot landscaped terrace, a gym and a residents’ lounge with a large-screen TV. There’s also a hefty $8,104-a-month common charge fee, but, hey, for $20 million, who’s counting?
The listing brokers are Douglas Elliman’s Madeline Hult Elghanayan, Kirk Rundhaug and Jade Chan.
